Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit:

We will work directly with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
Cozy is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After the order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
