Exchange & Refund Policy
Exchanges and Refunds could be done within 14 days of receiving the order.
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original packaging cannot be exchanged or refunded.
No extra fees are applied for exchanges or refunds.
For cash refunds, the returned item must first be received and approved by our team. Once approved, the refund will be transferred through Instapay.

- Order number
- Details of the received product
- Mention if you'd like an exchange or a refund
- If you'd like to exchange please provide all details of the item you want to exchange with
